How it works
Four steps, about ninety seconds
No signup, no install, no board to configure. Send a link and start estimating.
1Open a room
Type a room name, pick a deck, and you are in. The URL is the invitation — paste it in the call and people join with a first name. Accounts are optional and only buy history.

2Bring the stories
Type them one at a time, paste a list from the refinement doc, or sync a live query from Jira, Linear or GitHub. A story is an ID, a summary, and an optional description.

3Everyone votes, then reveal
Cards are face down until the facilitator reveals. No anchoring, no waiting for the loudest voice. The room shows who has voted, never what they picked.
4 of 6 voted
4Disagreement gets a conversation
When the spread is wide, the room stops and runs it: highest voter speaks, lowest voter answers, then everyone votes again. That is the part other tools leave to you.

13
Marc estimated 13 — one minute on why. Then Ida on why 2.
Nobody signs up
Guests join with a first name. Accounts only exist to keep history and connect a tracker.
The estimate leaves the room
Session summaries export to CSV, and estimates write back to the issue you imported.
It stays a meeting tool
No chat, no video, no board. You are already on a call — this runs the ten minutes that need running.
